Transforming learning, transforming lives and transforming the church community

Our Improvement Model

Our Improvement Strategy for Schools and Academies

Our ambition is to ensure that all the children and young people in our care receive the best possible education in schools and academies, where standards are high and under performance is not acceptable. This includes professional development opportunities for all schools and academies.

We've consulted with academy/school leaders, governors and parents to secure an improvement plan which is shared and understood by all parties. Our core aim is to secure good and outstanding outcomes for all our children and young people.

The Church of England Central Education Trust (CECET) is a unique and forward thinking strategic partnership which brings together the Dioceses of Birmingham and Lichfield and the University of Wolverhampton.

Our aim is that all church schools and academies should be at least good schools where children and staff can be offered the richness of experience from the Christian tradition, and receive quality support and training.
